Divine healing success

Illness is not just physical body malfunction or mental derangement. Such conditions are well cared for by medical doctors. Overlooked are those illnesses initiated by evil spirits - demons. This later category of illness can only be revers...ed by divine healing. Pastor Dean L. Wong, Click Here!

Dreams and Hope become true

On a hill in a forest, three trees were growing right next to each other. One day, they talked together on the expectation of their future and their dreams, when one says: "There are days that I wish to become a treasure chest. I could contain gold, silver and many precious stones. I would be decorated with an elegant sculpture and everyone would appreciate the beauty. "
The second tree said: "I want to be used to build a ship. I am transferring the kings and queens on the waters in all corners of the world. All would be safe given the strength of my hull. "
In turn, the third said: "I want to grow up and become the tallest tree, the straightest trees of the forest. So now, people would see me at the top of the hill and looking at my arms, God would think of seeing me very close to Him. Of all the time, I'd be the greatest of all trees and everyone would long remember me. "
Several years passed and the trees always hoped to see their dreams come true. But a good day, a group of loggers came near trees. A lumberjack came to the first tree and said: "This seems to be a strong tree. I think I can sell the wood to a carpenter, and he began to cut. The tree was happy because he believed that the cabinet maker will turn it into a treasure chest.
At the next tree the woodsman said, "This tree looks a very strong tree. I can sell it at a boat manufacturer. The second tree was happy at being on the road to becoming a mighty ship.
When the loggers arrived in the third tree, the tree was frightened because he said that "if you cut me, my dreams will never be realized. One of the woodsmen said, "I do not need anything special from my tree. I'll take it anyway. And he cut it.
-When the first tree arrived at the carpenter, he was transformed into pieces of wood to make a manger for animals. It was placed in a barn filled with hay. It was far beyond what the tree had dreamed of becoming? T

-The second tree was cut into pieces for the construction of small fishing boats. His dream of being a mighty ship and carrying kings had resolutely vanished.
-The third tree was cut into large pieces and placed alone in the dark.
Years passed and the three trees forgot about their dreams, a day when a good man and a woman came into the barn. The woman gave birth to a baby with her husband deposited the baby on the hay in the manger made of wood from the first tree. The man would have liked to have a crib for the baby but the manger was the case. The tree felt the importance of the event and knew he had to host the greatest treasure of all time(JESUS CHRIST).
A few years later, a group of men was in a fishing boat made from the second tree. A man of the group was tired and fell asleep. When they were away from the shore, a great storm came, the tree did not feel strong enough to provide security to members of the team. The men woke the sleeping, he got up and said "Peace", the storm stopped. At that time the tree knew he was carrying the King of Kings in its boat and the apostles.
Finally, someone came and took the third tree. He was carried through the streets so that people mocked the man who was carrying. When he reached the goal, the man was nailed to the tree and raised in the air to die at the top of a hill.
The following Sunday, the tree realized he was strong enough to stand on top of the hill and was so close to God that it was possible to be.
Jesus was crucified on it.

The moral of this story is that when things do not seem to unfold according to his views, always be sure that God has a definite plan for each of us. If we place our hope in Him, He will shower us with great gifts.

Each of these trees got what he expected but not necessarily the image he had made. We do not know the plans of God on us. We only know that His plans are not ours and that his ways are always the best.

Your life expectancy

Every day,there are 353.015 births in the world,thus 128.85 million babies are born each year.The number of humans born on earth since the origin would be around 80 billion.
We count 158.857 deaths per day ,or nearly 59 million deaths each year.That's a lot but less than the number of births.
Do you Know anything about your life expectancy?Make personal computing.
Thomas Perls offers this method of calculating:

1=Do you smoke,chew tobacco or are you surrounded by many smokers?
Yes=-10 points No=0 point.
2=Do you eat more than once per week of cooked meats,sausages,bacon?
Yes=-3 points No=0 point.
3=Cook up your meat,poultry and fish until they are burned?
Yes=-2 points No=0 point.
4=Do you avoid butter,cream,cakes and other saturated fat as well as fried foods?
Yes=3 points No=-7 points .

6=Do you drink alcohol in excess?(more than two drinks a day)
Yes=-6 points No=0 point)
7=Do you drink alcohol moderately (less than 6 dink a week)
Yes=3 points No=0 point.
8=Is there any pollution alerts to where you live? Yes=-4 points No=1 point.
9=For your hot drinks:
a.Do you drink more than 3 cups of coffee per day?Yes=-3 points No=0 point.
b.Do you drink green tea every day? Yes=3 points No= 0 point.
10=Do you take aspirin every day? Yes= 4 points No= 0 point.
11=Do you clean your teeth every day? Yes= 2 points No=-4 points.

16=Calculate your Body Mass Index(wight in kg divide by 2 times the size in m.example for 57 kg and 1.70 m:57/1.7/1.7=19.7
a.Less than 18=-7 points.
b.18 to 26=2 points
c.27 to 29=-7 points
d.30 to 34=-10 points
e.35 to 39=-15 points
f.More than 40=-25 points.
17=Apart from your spouse and children,do you have relatives or friends you can visit spontaneously? Yes=5 points No=-4 points.

23=Do you take vitamin e or selenium every day? Yes=7 points No=0 point.
How to calculate your score?
Add up all you negative and positive points(eg.-45,+30=-15)divide this score by 5
I your are a man, add or subtract that number to 84(eg.83-3=81 years.
If your are a woman,add or subtract that number to 87(eg.87-3=84 years).
What is your life expectancy?"

Energy Drink:Danger for the heart

Drink an energy drink may increase energy levels, but it can also increase heart rate and blood pressure of the person, according to a recent study presented at the Conference of the American Heart Association. These drinks contain high levels of caffeine and other stimulants.
Unfortunately, research shows that this heightened state of alert at a price for health.
Researchers in the United States have examined the effects of these drinks on young healthy adults with normal blood pressure.
They found that when patients consumed two cans of energy drink (containing 80mg of caffeine and 1000mg of taurine each), heart rate and systolic blood pressure increased by 7% in less than four hours after consuming energy drinks.
After seven days at two drinks per day, systolic blood pressure increased by 10% and diastolic blood pressure, 8%.

The researchers say that the average increase in heart rate five to seven beats per minute and systolic blood pressure of 10 mm Hg are not sufficient to increase the risk among healthy people. However, in people who already suffer from hypertension or who regularly consume these drinks, we could note a significant impact on the health profile. People with hypertension or heart disease may wish to avoid these drinks because they can alter the effectiveness of their medication or their level of living and so much more increase their risk of health problems.

"We strongly oppose against this message that trivializes the massive and excessive consumption of substances and exciting balance of unsubstantiated health claims"
Specifies Vanderstichelen Florence, director ofHealth Universe in the prevention of health. "This goes against all good practice to run a good blockade or just a healthy life. We're not saying it should completely ban energy drinks. But despite what Red Bull, there is no intelligence can. Do not minimize the risk of physical dependence and psychological risks of cardiovascular these drinks rich in caffeine. In fact, caffeine masks the symptoms of fatigue but does not remove. Nothing beats a good night's sleep, which can absorb the material, and a good relax while playing sports or a meal with friends to reduce stress.

The poor Lazard

Lazard was a poor farmer who was content with the little he had. His three children brought her happiness because everyone had a special gift. The first of his children had the gift of clairvoyance, the second had the gift to fly long distances and the third had the gift of healing. One day, when all her children were in the fields, Lazard fell gravely ill to die in the immediate future if nothing was done. At the same time, the child with the gift of clairvoyance saw the condition of his father and called his brothers - Father is very ill, we must return as soon! The second child with the gift of flight took them over his shoulders and carried from the field to the house. The third child with the gift of healing used his miraculous power to heal their father. All were happy to see their father's feet. Then each child claimed on its own merit to have saved their father. The first said: - If I had seen nothing, you never saw that something was wrong with the house the second maintained his position and saying - if I did not have you brought immediately at home, our beloved father died before we got and the third added - this is my gift of miraculous healing that came out of his evil father.
Who do you think of his three children has really saved his father?

Look out for glaucoma.

We should have our eyes tested annually – especially after age 40, when reading the small print may become increasingly difficult. More serious than age related vision loss, however, is glaucoma – another reason to see your ophthalmologist annually.
Glaucoma is a condition that involves abnormally elevated intra-ocular pressures (pressure within the eyes.) Remember, a check up for vision at an optician may not include the measurement of intra-ocular pressure, so a comprehensive eye examination is required.
If you are at a higher than normal risk of developing glaucoma - adults with severe myopia, diabetes, or a family history of glaucoma – you should have your eye pressures checked yearly. While there is no formal screening recommendation for healthy subjects with normal risk, everybody over 60 years should have eye pressure measurements periodically, perhaps annually.
Because glaucoma causes extensive damage to retina and irreversible loss of vision without waning symptoms and before the individual becomes aware of loss of vision, the benefits of early detection are clear. There is also good evidence that treatment of elevated eye pressure in glaucoma can prevent blindness.

Killer in the night:Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a common, chronic (ongoing) sleep disorder characterised by pauses in breathing during sleep. It affects about one in four men and about one in 10 women. Left untreated, it can lead to excessive sleepiness, difficulties with daytime alertness and an increased risk for driving accidents.
Now major new research published in PLoS Medicine in August 2009 says that the classic manifestations of sleep apnea - loud snoring, interrupted breathing and sleep disruption - nearly double the risk for chronic disease and premature death among middle-aged and elderly. Even patients with moderate sleep apnoea face an increased death risk, as much as 17 percent, compared with those who do not have sleep-disordered breathing problems, the 10-year US study found.
The study lead author Dr. Naresh Punjabi, an associate professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, said: "The primary finding of our study is that sleep apnea can increase the risk of death by about 40 percent, even after other factors have been accounted for."
He said the study also shows that it is the decrease in oxygen levels during sleep from sleep apnea that explains the increased risk of death. Men with sleep apnea between the ages of 40 and 70 are particularly at risk of death from any source, but especially from cardiovascular disease, the researchers found.
Doctors suggest that losing weight may reduce sleep apnoea, while some sufferers get relief using a device that keeps them from rolling on their backs while they sleep. For serious cases, a current treatment is the "continuous positive airway pressure" (CPAP) device, which functions as a kind of oxygen mask worn over the nose to help force air into nasal passageways and prevent airways from collapsing.
People with clinical symptoms of sleep apnea, which include loud snoring, sleepiness during the day and fatigue, should discuss the issue with their doctors.

Get up and walk! Each hour spent watching TV decreases your life capital

The conclusion of this study is unforgiving: if every day you watch TV for one hour, your risk of death overall increased by 11%. Specifically, your risk of dying Cancer is increased by 9% and that of succumbing to a Cardiovascular disease climbs to 18%. In conclusion, TV is deadly!We now know that, mortality increases from one hour of TV per day.
The consequences of this inactivity are being encrypted by a team of Australian researchers who followed nearly 9,000 people from 1999 to 2006.
Once an hour a day watching TV The risk of mortality increases by 11% while that of dying of a disease Cardiovascular rises of 18%. Obviously, every hour is cumulative in terms of health consequences. Thus, people who spend more than 4 hours a day glued to their screen are risk of death increase of 46% compared to those who do spend "only" two hours and 80% for cardiovascular mortality.
Proud of our ancestors who did not have TV. But what were they? They moved instead to sit every day for hours in front of a screen, whether television, computer or game console.
LEARN TO DO ANYTHING BUT WATCHING TV OR COMPUTER .
